DIY Indian Turban Hat | How to sew a Turban


Materials used

1. Duchess, Crepe, Light Scuba (Any Stretchy fabric)
2. Glue ( B6000)
3. Needle & Thread
4. Brooches & Pearls
5. A pair of scissors
6. Sewing machine (optional)


Procedure:

Step 1:  Cut out your fabric using the following dimension: 12inches (in fold) by 10inches

Without folding your fabric, it means your dimension is 24 inches by 10inches

Step 2: Cut out your band using the dimension: 12inches by 4inches (in fold)

Step 3: Divide the band into 2 (you will have 2 pieces of fabric in the dimension 12inches by 2inches)

Step 4: Spread the first piece you cut out earlier, fold each band in to two and sew one band to one side of the turban body, do the same for the other side.

Step 5: Fold the turban into two and sew loose stitches on each sides; pull your needle & thread and tack to secure them

Step 6: Attach your brooch, beads with your glue to decorate your turban hat & viola..you are done
